Tracking stats are available after users shorten their long links with bit.ly by clicking on the Info+ link on bit.ly, or just adding a + sign to the end of any bit.ly link - for example, http://bit.ly/n0og+

A great asset for anyone who uses Twitter; Bit.ly also has an A+ Customer Service Dept.
This is the de facto URL shortener for Twitter. Never post a 40 character URL again! Customize the url too! ...and the icing on the cake: go to your bit.ly account and see all the click information on all your links you shorten.
This is by far my favorite URL shortener because not only does it shorten the URLs, you can also track clicks and it shows if someone else also shortened the link and how many total clicks this link/article has had. It is very useful and easy.
