RK Pro is the premium version of RunKeeper that has no advertisements, audio cues, training workouts (ability to create time-based and distance-based interval workouts through your headphones), geo-tagged photos/status updates, and iPod playlist integration.

The Runkeeper Pro app is now free (hooray!) and I'm loving it. I started using the free version in October of last year (some lovely person told me it was available for Android) and then upgraded when the Pro app became free. I use it on the road for runs and at the gym to track how I'm doing and how often I'm squeezing in a workout. Seeing friends tweet out their runs, is definitely a motivator for me to get off my arse. And it's not just for running, you can track walking, elliptical, biking, and they've even added a lot of winter sports, skiing, skating, etc. There have been a couple...

I am going to lose 65 lbs and this app is my biggest tool to get there. I have been racewalking since May. I added RunKeeper shortly after in June. I have lost 35 lbs so far and will lose 30 more. I have used it in daily training walks and 2 Half Marathons. I have more races scheduled this winter. RunKeeper pulls it all together and makes the journey fun and rewarding. There isn't a better way to spend $10.
