Generally I'm not one to complain about software overhauls until I've spent a good deal of time with them (I think we all know how people overreact to new rollouts all the time). However, the transition to the new version of Sprout that rolled out recently has been Awful with a capital A. Gone are the great monitoring features such as day by day follower graph tracking. Gone is a reliable messaging system (replaced with ghost notifications, slow pick ups of messages and new followers), the whole thing replaced by a flash looking and basically useless new interface with ill-defined...
Sprout Social is the perfect combination between simplicity and functionality, allowing small businesses to manage their CRM, brand mentions and list tracking from one central location. On top of that, it's so affordable. When I checked it out, I figured that our readers would love to learn about it and wrote a blog review detailing its oustanding features. Two thumbs up Sprout Social. Keep up the good work :)

I second what everyone else is saying. SproutSocial is fantastic tool as a business dashboard. Love the functionality, love the reporting. If I could change 1 thing? I'd make a mobile app available... I have to use HootSuite and Boxcar when I'm away from my desk (which is a lot) and would really like to be able to take SS with me.
SproutSocial makes managing multiple accounts and different social media platforms very easy. The notifications make switching from one to the other a breeze! I love the reports, which I have to send to my boss on a weekly basis.
Any time I have had an issue or question, I just tweet @SproutSocial and get answers right away.
