I really like Twitter Grader, however like Rachel above, I have a hard time figuring out what causes my or my company's score to vary so greatly from day to day and hour to hour. I know that it has something to do with engagement, which is great for both

I like the concept of TwitterGrader a lot (and I really like the website Grader) but I just can't figure out what it judges to be important and my grade fluctuates quite a bit. Confusing to me.
